GAP is committed to providing the best support and training to our staff at every level. We aim to assist our staff to develop themselves to the best of their abilities.

New staff will have a series of seminars to learn about the UK accounting system. Thai accounting system is similar to the UK system. Therefore, you may be familiar with the system already.

Each staff member will have a mentor to discuss not only their progress but also pressure at work or any problems they are facing. It is our responsibility to ensure that the working environment is the best for our staff.

We also provide an equal training opportunity to all the staff. Once you have 3 years experience with GAP, you will have the opportunity to study in the UK for one year.
